So, share one of your heart healthy meals for this week!

  1. My my most frequent low fat meal is whole wheat pasta with Ragu spaghetti saucewith organic bagged cabbage. I pick a sauce without the meat, because it is the lowest in saturated fat. (It would be better with organic or homemade sauce, but this is pretty darn quick.) Fresh mushrooms, onions and peppers added will beef up the antioxidants and veggie factors. A bag of organic cabbage with heart healthy olive oil and white vinegar.
